The American actress Melissa Rauch is
well-known for playing the adorable microbiologist Bernadette
Rostenkowski-Wolowitz in the hit TV sitcom The Big Bang Theory. The series
initially credited her as a guest star for the first three seasons, but she
became part of the regular cast since the fourth season.
One of Bernadette’s most recognizable
features in the show was her voice. The talented voice actor can make

wanted to perform since she was young and thus participated in all the high
school plays. While studying at Marymount Manhattan College, she worked as a
waitress in restaurants and bars.
She also did stand-up comedy in
several small clubs and bars in New York City, one of which is Hamburger
Harry’s. This restaurant is where Zach Galifianakis also had his first stage as
a comedian.
