Stephanie Nicole Garcia-Colace is the older twin sister of Brianna Bella by sixteen minutes. The twins were born on November 21, 2983, in San Diego, but they spent their childhood on a farm in Arizona. When Stephanie started college, she went back to San Diego and studied at Grossmont College. However, she did not finish her degree and transferred to Los Angeles, hoping she could find an agent and land on an acting job.
When Stephanie relocated to Los Angeles, she had the opportunity to model, act, and do some promotional work. Her first TV appearance was on Meet My Folks and had their first WWE participation on the 2006 WWE Diva Search. However, the twins did not get into the shortlist.
Nikki Bella and Brianna Bella signed their WWE contract in 2007 and got the opportunity to appear at the Florida Championship Wrestling. The twins then had a friendly relationship with The Colons in November 2008 and several in-ring appearances with them. John Morrison and The Miz began to appear in the story that led to a rivalry against The Colons. The competition continued until Nikki and Brie started a fight against each other.
The twins got traded into ECW in June 2009 and debuted at the Abraham Washington Show the next day. They got traded back to Raw in October and had several matches for NXT episodes.
The Bella twins spend their 2011-2011 in tag-team matches for the Divas Championship. They won the championship on their April 23, 2012 match but failed to defend the title on their last game. The Twins returned to WWE in 2013 and had more appearances on the ring. They also became the longest-reigning Divas Champion, reigning from 2014 to 2015.
However, Nikki Bella had to retire in June 2019 due to a cyst found in her brain. In February 2020, Nikki Bella and Brie Bella got included in the WWE Hall of Fame as announced in the Moment of Bliss segment.
