Along with her movie taping, Richards also appeared in the TV series, Crossing Lines, for one episode. She also appeared in the British TV series Misfits as Sarah. Then, in 2014, Richards starred in the British horror film The Quiet Ones. She portrayed the character, Kristina Dalton.
It was in the television series, Gotham that Erin Richards became a household name. She appeared as Barbara Kean, the former lover of Jim Gordon.
